Rossi Supermarket is a solid and respected retail chain, with 16 stores and 2 distribution centers in São Paulo and the metropolitan region, which combine tradition with a complete shopping experience for thousands of customers every day.

At the beginning of this year, the Loss Prevention area identified the opportunity to optimize the end-to-end operation with the use of Moki in all units, and relied on Smart Scan for this transformation.

In just six months, Rossi carried out 3.96 times more checks and verifications. It reallocated 60% of its workforce, previously dedicated to repetitive tasks, to strategic functions, and reduced processes that used to take a whole day to complete to just a few minutes.
