A customer since 2022, Jadlog already used the Moki application to digitize merchandise control processes and audits. However, there was a need to increase the number of audits in the freight forwarding process, facilitate data collection and improve the performance of the agents involved in the pallet assembly process, reducing the number of errors and the length of the process.

As the current auditing model was no longer viable due to the escalating volume of operations, it became necessary to evolve to a more agile and automated version.
